Walkthrough
- Straven of the Phoenix Gang wants Jonny the Beard, the spy drinking at the Blue Moon Inn, dealt with. Win a quest run there.
- The Black Arm Gang keeps the other half of the shield in their hideout south of the Blue Moon Inn. Sneak past their lookouts and take it; if they see you, the gang comes running.
